Adding Other People to Your Account
Running a fundraiser is rarely a one person job. You can invite other people to your account, give them a role that matches what they actually need to do, and remove them when they are done.
Inviting someone
Go to Users & roles in your account settings, enter the person's email address, pick a role, and send the invitation.
They get an email inviting them in. Pending invitations stay on the same page, where you can resend or revoke them.
The roles
Owner has full control, including billing and ownership of the account. There is one owner, and ownership can be transferred.
Admin can manage campaigns, orders, settings and users, but not billing or ownership.
Manager runs the day to day: campaigns, orders and payouts. No user or settings management.
Read-only can see everything and change nothing. Useful for a treasurer or a committee member who needs visibility.
Tap to Pay can take payments in the mobile app and nothing else. No dashboard, no order history, no totals.
Limiting someone to particular campaigns
A member can be given access to the whole account, or to specific campaigns only. Use the campaign scope option when you want a class parent or a team organiser to see their own fundraiser and nothing else.
Volunteers taking payments at an event
This is the most common reason to add people. If you have several volunteers selling at a gala or a sausage sizzle, invite each of them with the Tap to Pay role. They install the app, sign in as themselves, and can take card payments without being able to see your orders or your totals.
That is better than handing round one login. You keep a record of who processed what, and when a volunteer moves on you remove them rather than changing a shared password.
If you were told only one admin was supported
Accounts were limited to a single administrator until partway through 2026. If you set up your account before that and worked around it by sharing a login, you can now invite people properly and stop sharing credentials.
