Using the Raised Mobile App

The Raised mobile app puts your fundraisers in your pocket. It's made for organisers, so you can check how a campaign is going, manage orders, and take in-person payments without opening a laptop.

Supporters don't need the app. They buy or donate through your fundraiser link in any browser, on any device.

Getting the app

The app is free and available for both platforms:

• iOS: download it from the App Store.
• Android: download it from Google Play.

Download links for both are on our mobile app page.

Sign in with the same email and password you use for the Raised website. Everything stays in sync, so a change you make in the app shows up in the web dashboard straight away.

What you can do in the app

• Check campaign progress. See funds raised, recent orders, and donations as they come in.
• Manage orders. View order details, filter by status, and mark cash or bank transfer orders as paid.
• Take in-person payments. Use Tap to Pay to accept contactless card payments with just your phone.
• Manage your campaigns. Update settings and keep things moving while you're away from a computer.

Device requirements

• iOS: iPhone XS or later, running iOS 17.6 or newer.
• Android: an NFC-capable phone running Android 11 or newer if you want to use Tap to Pay.

The web dashboard remains the best place for bigger jobs like building a product catalogue or setting up teams, and the site works well in a mobile browser too.
