How do we collect fundraising orders online?
Use a Raised product fundraiser to collect orders through one online page. Add supplier products or your own items, set prices and collection details, then share the link. Supporters enter their orders online, and organisers manage them in the dashboard instead of combining paper forms and messages.
What should you prepare before taking orders?
Confirm your supplier's lead time, minimum order and wholesale cost. Decide your selling prices, order deadline and collection date. Your fundraising profit depends on product costs and any expenses as well as sales revenue.
Raised lets you use products from participating wholesalers or add your own items. Confirm availability and fulfilment arrangements directly before promising a date to supporters.
How do you move from paper forms to Raised?
Put the details supporters need on the campaign page so volunteers do not have to answer the same questions individually.
- Create a product fundraiser and explain what the money is for.
- Add products, options and selling prices.
- Set up available payment methods and clear pickup or delivery instructions.
- Share one campaign link in newsletters, messages and social posts.
- Review orders in the dashboard and export the information you need for packing and collection.
Can supporters pay by cash or bank transfer?
Raised supports cash and bank transfer for eligible product fundraisers, alongside card payments. Crowdfunding campaigns are card only. Australian product campaigns with card fees built into prices are also card only; cash and bank transfer are available when the organisation absorbs card fees instead.
Recording an offline order or payment is different from receiving a card payment. Check your bank account or cash records before marking an offline payment as paid. Read Raised's pricing and help pages for the settings that apply to your campaign.
