Distribution and Quantity Reports
Raised provides several report types to help you manage order fulfilment and keep track of your campaigns. All reports can be exported to CSV or printed directly from the dashboard.
Distribution Report
The distribution report helps you plan deliveries by showing product quantities broken down by campaign. Use this when you need to know how much of each product to pack for each fundraiser.
To access the distribution report:
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Under Report Generation in the navigation menu, click Distribution Report.
The report shows:
- Campaign name and organiser details
- Product quantities ordered per campaign
- Delivery address or collection details for each campaign
You can filter results by campaign status and delivery method to focus on the orders you need to fulfil next.
Tip: Click Download CSV before packing orders. This gives you a clear checklist for each delivery.
Quantities Report
The quantities report gives you an aggregated view of total product quantities across all campaigns. Use this to plan your production or ordering from suppliers.
To access the quantities report:
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Under Report Generation in the navigation menu, click Quantities Report.
- Select a date range and click Generate to run the report.
The report shows:
- Product name
- Total quantity ordered across all campaigns in the selected period
This is useful for understanding overall demand and planning stock levels.
Campaigns Report
The campaigns report provides an overview of all your campaigns, including contact details and current status. Use this for a high-level view of your active and completed fundraisers.
To access the campaigns report:
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Under Report Generation in the navigation menu, click Campaigns Report.
- Select a date range and click Generate to run the report.
The report includes:
- Campaign name and organiser contact information
- Campaign status (Open or Closed)
- Key dates (closing date and dispatch date)
Exporting and Printing
All reports support:
- Download CSV — Click the Download CSV button to download the report as a CSV file, which can be opened in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Print — Click the Print button to print the report directly from your browser.
