Facebook Data Deletion

Raised uses Facebook Login so Wholesalers can connect their Facebook Page and receive enquiries from their lead ads. What we receive and how we use it is set out in the Facebook and Instagram Lead Ads section of our Privacy Policy. This page explains how to remove that access and have the data deleted.

If you connected a Facebook Page to Raised

1. Disconnect in Raised. Sign in, go to Settings, then Lead ads, and select Disconnect. Raised deletes the stored access tokens straight away and stops receiving leads from your Page.
2. Remove Raised in Facebook. In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations (or Apps and websites), find Raised and select Remove. This revokes every permission you granted.
3. Ask us to delete the leads. Email [email protected] with the subject "Facebook data deletion", the email address of your Raised account and the name of your Facebook Page. We will delete the leads we received from that Page and any remaining connection details.

If you filled in a lead form

If you filled in a Facebook or Instagram lead form for Raised or for one of the Wholesalers that use Raised, email [email protected] with the subject "Facebook data deletion" and the email address or phone number you entered on the form. We will delete your answers and the details of the ad you responded to, and let the Wholesaler know.

To stop receiving emails without deleting anything, use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we sent you.

What happens next

• We reply to confirm we have your request within 5 working days.
• We complete the deletion within 30 days and email you when it is done.
• We may keep a record that a deletion was requested, and any information we must keep by law (for example tax records), but not your lead form answers.
