Managing Orders
Once your fundraiser starts receiving orders, you can manage them all from your Raised dashboard. This guide covers viewing orders, using bulk actions, managing individual orders, and exporting data.
Viewing Your Orders
- Go to your Dashboard.
- Select the fundraiser.
- Click View All Orders.
The orders list shows each order's reference number, customer name, date, order value, payment method, and paid status. You can search for specific orders using the search bar.
Available Actions
From the top of the orders list, you can:
- Generate Packing Slips — Create printable packing slips for your orders with filtering options (see Generating Posters and Packing Slips)
- Send Emails — Send a bulk email to your customers (see How to Send Emails to Your Customers)
- Manage Paid Status — Update the payment status for cash or bank transfer orders in bulk
- View Reports / CSV — Export your order data as a CSV file or view order reports
- Print Table — Print the current orders table from your browser
Tip: Use Manage Paid Status to quickly mark multiple cash payments as received after a collection day, saving you from updating each order individually.
Managing Individual Orders
Click on any order to see its full details. From an individual order, you can:
- Update payment status — Mark cash or bank transfer orders as paid or not paid, and add payment notes
- Cancel the order — Remove the order if it's no longer needed (available for cash and bank transfer orders only)
- View customer information — See the customer's name, email, phone, and any custom checkout responses
- View order items — See exactly what products and quantities were ordered
- Check delivery details — View the delivery address or collection location
Payment Status Tracking
Orders show one of several payment statuses:
- Paid — Payment has been received (automatic for card payments)
- Not Paid — Payment is pending (for cash and bank transfer orders)
- Cancelled — The order has been cancelled
- Disputed — A payment dispute has been raised (for card payments)
For cash and bank transfer orders, you'll need to manually update the status as payments come in. See Mark Bank Transfer as Paid for step-by-step instructions.
Exporting Order Data
To export your orders:
- Go to View All Orders.
- Click View Reports / CSV.
- Download the CSV file.
The exported file includes customer details, order items, quantities, totals, payment status, and custom field responses. This is useful for record-keeping, reconciliation, or importing into other tools.
