Generating Posters and Packing Slips

Raised lets you generate printable PDFs to help promote your fundraiser and manage order fulfilment. There are three types of documents you can create.

Promotional Posters

Posters include your campaign name, a QR code linking to your fundraiser page, and a short description. They're perfect for pinning up around your school, workplace, or community.

To generate a poster:

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Select the fundraiser.
3. Click Generate PDF.
4. Select Poster.
5. Optionally customise the description text that appears on the poster.
6. Click Generate to download the PDF.

Tip: If your fundraiser has individual entrants (e.g., students), you can tick "Generate for each competition entrant" to create personalised posters for each entrant with their unique QR code. This makes it easy to track which supporters came through which entrant.

Packing Slips

Packing slips are printable order summaries that you can include with each order during fulfilment. Each slip shows the customer's name, order items, quantities, payment details, and delivery or collection information.

To generate packing slips:

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Select the fundraiser.
3. Click Generate Packing Slips at the top of the orders list.
4. Use the filters to select which orders to include (e.g., by status or payment method).
5. A PDF will be generated with one slip per order.

Parent Letters

Parent letters are designed for school fundraisers. They explain the fundraiser to parents and include a QR code linking to the campaign page, making it easy for parents to place orders from their phone.

To generate parent letters:

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Select the fundraiser.
3. Click Generate PDF.
4. Select Letter.
5. Customise the letter content if needed.
6. Optionally tick "Include pickup/collection information" to add collection details to the letter.
7. Click Generate to download the PDF.

Tip: Print parent letters and send them home with students for maximum reach. The QR code makes it simple for parents to go straight to your fundraiser page. You can also generate individual letters per entrant, just like posters.
