Creating Manual Orders

If a supporter wants to place an order but can't do so online — for example, an elderly relative or someone paying with cash — you can create an order manually on their behalf.

⚠️ Important: This feature is currently unavailable while we make improvements. If you need to create an order on behalf of a supporter, please contact our support team for assistance.

Requirements

Manual orders can only be created for fundraisers that accept Cash or Bank Transfer as a payment method. Card-only fundraisers do not support manual orders, since card payments must be processed directly by the customer.

Creating a Manual Order

1. Go to your Dashboard.
2. Select the fundraiser you want to add an order to.
3. Click View All Orders.
4. Click Add Order.
5. Fill in the customer details:
   • First Name and Last Name
   • Email Address
   • Phone Number
6. Select the products and quantities the customer wants to order.
7. Choose the payment method — either Cash or Bank Transfer.
8. If your fundraiser has custom checkout questions (e.g., student name, collection location), fill those in as well.
9. Optionally mark the order as already paid and choose whether to send a confirmation email to the customer.
10. Click Create Order to submit.

The order will appear in your orders list alongside online orders.

Managing Manual Orders

Manual orders work the same as any other order, with a few things to note:

• Payment tracking — Cash and bank transfer orders need to be manually marked as paid once you've received payment. See Mark Bank Transfer as Paid for details.
• Stock limits — Manual orders count toward your product stock limits, so available stock will decrease accordingly.
• Order confirmation — If you chose to send a confirmation email, the customer will receive one at the email address you provided.

Tip: Double-check the customer's email address before submitting. The order confirmation and any future campaign emails will be sent to this address.
