Our Cook Islands Basketball teams are heading to Tahiti for the FIBA Polynesian Cup, 19–24 October 2026.

We’ve passed the halfway mark, and we still need your help.

Our supporter hoodies have gone to print, and we look forward to sharing them with everyone. You can still back a player or support the team through the end of the tournament.

WHY YOUR CONTINUED SUPPORT MATTERS

Our players fund their own participation. Finishing in the top two at the Polynesian Cup would qualify our teams for the 2027 Pacific Games, and your support helps them get there. Alongside their $2,500 player contribution, many players must pay to travel to and from Rarotonga for team camp and the flight to Tahiti.

Please don’t let the $2,500 figure stop you from backing a player further. Every extra dollar raised helps reduce the cost they carry. 💚🏀

Starting next week, we’ll be sharing spot prizes and player merch with supporters through to the end of the tournament. We have drink bottles, hand towels and other prizes, and we’ll post updates here as we give them away.
