Placing final order with us
On the Wednesday one week prior to delivery we ask that you
provide us your final order numbers as this helps us to ensure that
the correct amount is made and delivered to a high standard. It also ensures we get what we need from our suppliers in full so that we can produce the entirety of your order. No one likes missing something or skimping on ingredients and we definitely don’t either.
Delivery
We offer Central & Lower North Island wide delivery (T’s & C’s Apply) however if your school/organisation is located in the Upper North Island we utilise a courier to service your area. Please contact us further in regards to delivery to your area and how we can meet your requirements. We do have a minimum order requirement to receive free delivery. Free delivery* has a minimum order of 400 items otherwise we can still deliver to you even if the order is under this amount however a delivery fee will apply.
Delivery Fees are as follows and are distance from CBD Palmerston North:
0 Kilometers - 100 Kilometers - $50 + GST
100 Kilometers - 200 Kilometers - $100 + GST
200 Kilometers plus - $150 + GST
*If it is deemed that you are in a more unaccessible location this
may result in a MOQ of 500 items. However this is discussed in
advance. Free delivery also applies to select areas.
Payment
To pay we provide you with an invoice which is due and payable on MONDAY BEFORE delivery. Please make contact with us if
there are any concerns or queries that arise. Please note that all
of our prices are EXCLUSIVE OF GST.
