Raised connector
Run your fundraising from Claude or ChatGPT
Create campaigns, check how they are going, see who has donated and share them, all from a conversation. Raised is a free fundraising platform for schools, clubs, charities and community groups in New Zealand and Australia.
Connect it in Claude
Find Raised in the Claude directory under Connectors and click Connect. To add it by hand instead, go to Settings, then Connectors, choose Add custom connector and use this server URL:
https://raised.nz/plugin/mcp
You can start straight away. The first time you ask for something that needs your account, Claude shows a Connect button. Sign in with your raised.nz email and password, check what Raised is asking for, and click Allow.
New to Raised? Say so in the chat and you can create an account there. We email you a 6-digit code to confirm your address.
Connect it in ChatGPT
The same connector works in ChatGPT, using the server URL above. ChatGPT asks you to sign in to Raised the first time you use a tool that needs your account.
What it can do
- Your campaigns. A dashboard of your campaigns: status, amount raised against the goal, supporters and time left.
- Show campaign. One campaign as a card, with its description, contact details, progress and what is left to set up.
- Check campaign progress. Total raised, progress toward the goal, supporter count and the most recent supporters.
- Show orders. The orders and donations on a campaign, with the total and average. You can search by order reference or supporter name.
- Share campaign. The campaign link, a message ready to send, and a QR code to print.
- Create donation campaign. A crowdfunded campaign with a goal and an end date.
- Create ongoing donation page. A donation page with no end date, for causes that collect year-round.
- Update campaign. Change a campaign's name, description, goal, dates, contact details or colours.
- Pause or unpause campaign. Stop a campaign taking donations, or start it again once it is approved.
- Set up, create or log in to an account. Create a Raised account or sign in from the chat with a 6-digit code we email you.
Campaigns, progress, orders and share links appear as interactive cards in the conversation.
Things to try
- “Start a fundraiser for our school camp, we need $8,000 by the end of term”
- “Set up a donation page for our club”
- “How is our fundraiser going?”
- “Who has donated this week?”
- “Raise our goal to $10,000”
- “Give me a link and a message to send to parents”
- “Pause our winter appeal”
Before a campaign can take donations
Campaigns made in a chat start paused and waiting for approval. To get one live, finish setting it up on raised.nz: connect payments, verify your identity, and add a cover photo if you like. The Raised team reviews every new campaign before it goes live.
The connector does not take payments, process donations or move money. Supporters give on your campaign page on raised.nz.
Permissions
When you connect, Raised asks for two permissions, and you can see both on the sign-in screen:
- View your campaigns: campaign details, totals and the orders and donations on them.
- Create and edit campaigns: new campaigns, changes to existing ones, and pausing or unpausing.
The connector works on campaigns belonging to the account you sign in with. It cannot see your payout details, bank account, team members or account settings.
Disconnecting
On raised.nz, open Settings and find Connected apps. Disconnecting takes effect immediately. You can also remove the connector in Claude or ChatGPT.
Your data
Raised only receives what a tool needs to do its job, such as the details of a campaign you ask to create or the campaign you want to see. We do not receive or store your conversations. Campaign and supporter data is handled under our privacy policy.
