Pasta Vera Fundraiser – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all organisations (“the Organiser”) running a Pasta Vera Fundraiser. By setting up or taking part in a fundraiser, you agree to the following terms.

1. How the Fundraiser Works

1.1 The Organiser is responsible for promoting the fundraiser, collecting orders, and making sure all customer details are correct before submission.

1.2 Product pricing, available items, and profit margins are confirmed on the Pasta Vera Fundraiser website and may be updated from time to time.

1.3 Once a fundraiser has closed and orders are submitted, changes cannot be made unless agreed to by Pasta Vera.

2. Payment

2.1 Once your fundraiser has closed and orders are finalised, Pasta Vera will issue an invoice to the Organiser.

2.2 Payment is required within 5 days of the invoice date.

2.3 Orders will only be dispatched once payment has been received in full.

2.4 If payment is not received within the required timeframe, Pasta Vera may delay processing or cancel the order.

3. Delivery & Freight

3.1 Bulk orders over $1,500 qualify for free delivery.

3.2 Orders under $1,500 will incur a freight charge equal to 5% of total sales.

3.3 All deliveries must be made to a valid business address (residential addresses are not accepted).

3.4 While Pasta Vera will always provide an estimated delivery date, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

3.5 The Organiser is responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

4. Collection from Depots

If you prefer to collect your order instead of having it delivered, you are welcome to do so from the following locations.

North Island – Hall’s Depots
Wellington: 21 Cashew Street, Grenada North
Auckland: 1 Spartan Road, Takanini
Manawatu: 88 Works Road, Longburn, Palmerston North

South Island – Pasta Vera Factory Shop
1/2 Musgrove Close, Wigram, Christchurch

Collection hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
(Please note: no weekend collection or delivery.)

4.2 Orders under $1,500 can be collected from the Pasta Vera Factory Shop in Christchurch at no additional freight cost. For all other collection locations, freight charges will still apply.

4.3 Orders must be collected within the timeframe provided. Uncollected orders may incur storage fees.

5. Cold Chain & Product Handling

5.1 All fundraiser products are chilled and must be kept at the correct temperature once collected or delivered.

5.2 After delivery or collection, responsibility for temperature control, storage, and handling transfers to the Organiser. Pasta Vera cannot be held responsible for spoilage caused by improper handling.

6. Order Checks & Issues

6.1 Please check all items as soon as they are delivered or collected. Any missing, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported to Pasta Vera within 24 hours.

6.2 Claims received after this timeframe may not be approved.

6.3 Any approved credits will be issued to the Organiser (not individual buyers).

7. Refunds

7.1 Refunds are only provided where products are faulty or not supplied as agreed.

7.2 Refunds are issued to the Organiser, who is responsible for passing them on to individual buyers if required.

8. Privacy & Information Use

8.1 The Organiser agrees to collect customer information responsibly and in line with New Zealand privacy laws.

8.2 Pasta Vera will only use personal information to process and deliver fundraiser orders.

8.3 Pasta Vera does not sell or share customer information with third parties.

9. Liability

9.1 Pasta Vera is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, weather, depot operations, or other factors outside its control.

9.2 Pasta Vera is not responsible for any funds the Organiser is unable to collect from buyers.

9.3 Once products are handed over, Pasta Vera is not responsible for mishandling or spoilage.

10. Agreement

By creating a Pasta Vera Fundraiser, the Organiser confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
